4 Tips to Fuller Looking Lips

•    Highlight you cupids bow.  In case you don't know, your cupids bow is that place in the middle of your upper lip that makes the shape of the top of a heart.  Get a white eyeliner pencil or if you don't have one you can use white eyeshadow or highlighter and apply the product to the skin right along the edge of you cupids bow.  Blend into you skin if needed. 
•  After appyling your lip color, apply some kind of lipgloss to the middle of you bottom lip, right at the thickest part.  Make that part extra glossy.
• I figured this next tip out myself.  If you are familiar with contouring this should be easy.  Select a shade of powder makeup (can be eyeshadow, bronzer or one of the darker colors of a contouring pallete) in a matte neautral skin tone.  It needs to be darker than your own skin tone.  Using your finger or an eyeshadow brush lightly apply this color right under the thick middle part of your bottom lip where there is naturally a shadow.  You are simply accentuating this shadow.  With contouring, you have to be carefull not to apply too much product.  The makeup under your lip should not be apparent
• This last tip is only for people going for a dramatic or goth look.  Be carefull with this one it can start looking extreme very quickly.  Take some black product (black lipstick if you have some would be ideal, but if you have black cream eyeliner or possibly some black cream or powder eyeshadow) and very carefully and lightly apply this to the outer corners of your lips and the inside of both lips ( the places where the lips touch when the mouth is closed).  Blend in the black with your lip color.
